Before you book
Usually 45 minutes to an hour for a whole home, less for a room or two. We measure, show samples and leave you with a written quote.
For the measure, yes — we need access to every window, and color decisions go much better in person. Install can sometimes be handled with a key or a code if you arrange it ahead.
Custom orders are built to your exact openings, so a deposit is collected when you approve the quote. The balance is due at install, once you've looked at every room.
Yes. We take down the old ones, patch what needs patching, and haul everything away as part of the install.
